Greg Phillinganes is a highly respected keyboardist, musical director and session musician whose career has spanned over five decades. Born in 1956 in Detroit, Michigan, he developed his skills at an early age, drawing inspiration from Motown and classical influences. Phillinganes got his big break in the mid-1970s when Stevie Wonder invited him to join his band, Wonderlove. His distinctive playing can be heard on numerous iconic recordings, including albums by Michael Jackson (Off the Wall, Thriller, and Bad), Quincy Jones, Eric Clapton, and Toto.
