The Roland D-05 Linear Synthesizer is an innovative analog synth basing its design on the classical Roland D-50 from 1987. The Roland D-05 synth utilises Digital Circuit Behaviour (DCB) to ensure the original sound is faithfully recreated with immense detail. The original D-50 helped to shape the sound of the late 80s combining a mix of sampled attack and sustaining waveforms to achieve a truly unique sound and musical aesthetic. The vintage-style design of the Roland D-05 Linear Synth includes a versatile joystick control for navigating presets as well as selected sounds and accessing different modes. The D-05 synthesizer also boasts a 64-step polyphonic onboard sequencer and arpeggiator. It comes complete with all the presets from the original accompanied by a selection of new sounds to bring it into the modern day.
