A year on from the release of Astrolab 61 stage keyboard, Arturia have introduced an 88 note semi-weighted version, fittingly named the Astrolab 88. As before, this is designed to work with the Arturia ecosystem, so you have access to all of your Arturia softsynths in a live performance setting without needing to rely on a laptop.

The Astrolab incorporates a Fatar TP-40L keybed and comes loaded with 40 instruments, which you can edit by connecting to your DAW and then reloading back into Astrolab for use in performances. There’s an onboard Arpeggiator, Chord generator, Scale mode selection and Looper, plus a handy navigation wheel with built-in screen.

Astrolab 88 is available in early June and can be pre-ordered now.
