E Major Scale
A Semitone is a half step (one note) and a Tone is a full step (two notes) counting both black and white keys.
A major scale is made up of the intervals Root-Tone-Tone-Semitone-Tone-Tone-Tone-Semitone.
The scale of E Major is made up of the notes E F# G# A B C# D#.

E Major Scale Correct Fingering
Learn to play scales with two hands together for two octaves.
Start with your right hand as close as possible to Middle C and your left hand one octave lower.
If you are a beginner, start by playing each hand individually for just one octave.
